Our website address is https://luizacreates.com. The owner of the website and the shop is Luiza Niechoda. The company is registered in Poland, NIP: 544152575 REGON: 385027265 BDO: 000524875. You may contact the owner via mail firstname.lastname@example.org
By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parents’ permission to buy from us.
Original artworks are one of a kind pieces and will not be reproduced as paintings. However, the artist reserves the right to release print reproductions of any created piece.
Each print will be hand signed and numbered (if it is a limited edition). Some prints might be hand-embellished with paint, gold leaf, glitter, color pencils, ink or any other material.
Once all copies of a limited edition item have sold out, the product is going to be marked as “Sold Out” and it will no longer be available or restocked.
Once all available copies of an open edition item have sold out, it is subject to being available and restocked again.
We always make sure that all products are handled and processed with care and attention to ensure the best result.
Every care has been taken to show the work as accurately as possible (size and colour). The image you see may be different due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and such inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.
Prices listed (in USD and PLN) on this website include tax applicable in Poland (VAT).
Payments are taken through PayPal in USD or PLN. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase – you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
The artwork is shipped from Poland. When shipping outside of the European Union, customs charges (e.g. fees, duties, taxes) may be imposed by the destination country and have to be paid by the importer (buyer). For the US, most of the time, original artwork, defined as art ‘that the original artist created, exclusively by hand and without any mechanical process’, should be exempt from import fees and duties.
The currency in which the price is displayed depends on you IP address.
Prices listed do not include shipping costs. These are applied once the customer proceeds to checkout.
Any order placed through the website is not binding until the work has been dispatched. Artwork listed may be withdrawn from sale at any point by the artist for reasons such as, but not limited to, sale elsewhere or withheld for exhibition display.
In order to deliver all our T&C information as conveniently as possible, we placed all shipping information on a separate page. You can view it here. When you agree to our Terms & Conditions, we assume you are familiar with that shipping information as well, and that you accept its provisions.
All copyright is retained by the artist, Luiza Niechoda. The artist holds all rights to all artwork created, including sold pieces and commissioned original paintings.
The artist retains the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork created unless the collector has purchased full or partial rights to the artwork as an addition to purchasing the original piece. A painting and the copyright in that painting are two entirely separate commercial entities.
Artwork must not be copied or reproduced without the artist’s written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or any other media, only credit is required (artist’s name for printed media, a link to the website or a social media profile for digital reproductions).
In order to purchase full or partial rights to your painting, contact us via email email@example.com
