We ship internationally via postal service. However, due to the pandemic situation, some international flights are suspended and the post office currently doesn’t accept packages to these countries.
Below you’ll find a list of the countries we are currently able to ship to, along with the usual priority delivery time. In some cases shipping is possible but only in the economy option.

Please note, that these numbers are estimates for the pre-pandemic times. Additional delays sometimes occur – with important safety measures, it takes longer to process heavy parcel volumes (carriers + customs).

Shipping – Originals and prints
We always do the best to get your orders ready and shipped as soon as possible. Most orders will be packed and shipped within 3-8 working days. In case of possible shipment delays (e.g. having to wait for a painting to dry completely), a note will be added on a product listing, or you’ll be notified by us by email after you place your order.
Orders are sent by Poczta Polska (a national postal service), the package is then taken over by the national courier of the country of destination (e.g. USPS for The US).
All shipments are tracked. You’ll receive your tracking number and links to tracking websites of all participating couriers in an email confirming the shipment.
Most domestic deliveries arrive within 2 working days.
If you are based in Warsaw, we can work out some time to meet and deliver or pick up your piece in person.
The average shipping time for international orders depends on the country of delivery (e.g. estimated shipping time to The US is 7 working days, but we are not responsible for the amount of time your package is held in your country’s customs office). Another way to assess shipping time is assuming that international shipping may take 2-4 weeks. On rare occasions it may take up to 5-8 weeks depending on your location and circumstances.

If you need a piece by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.
Overseas shipments (outside the Europen Union) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for them. Most countries don’t apply any import fees on art, but you can check your country’s custom fees, so you know what to expect. Just look up “customs charges in *your country* HTS code 970110” for original art OR “… HTS code 491191” for art prints. For example, in The US, importing art is free.
Some couriers have limits on dimensions or what they will carry so certain pieces have individual requirements. This will be noted in the shipping details with each product listing.
Shipping – Other (bags)
We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. To ensure we send your products as fast as possible, we route your orders to our fulfillment centers where we can fulfill and ship them in the quickest way. Most EU orders are fulfilled in Latvia, and US orders in the USA. Worldwide orders will be routed to the fulfillment center that can fulfill and ship them most efficiently.
Depending on your order destination and fulfillment location, you may have to pay customs fees. The fees may vary depending on the order value (usually has to be high for customs to apply) , country limits, etc.
We ship unframed giclees in a cardboard tube or flat. Original artworks are shipped flat. All packages are carefully packed and protected. We use backing boards, non-stick paper, wrapping paper, cardboard filling and biodegradable peanuts or plastic bags and bubble wrap. Environment is very important to us, so we always make sure to use plastic as a last resort option. We try to reuse packaging materials as much as we can, so you may receive your artwork secured with IKEA filling, etc 😉
If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days and, if possible, keep a photograph.
If you notice an error to the address and your product(s) are not shipped yet, then please send us an email at email@example.com with your correct address. Once the order has been fulfilled, we cannot alter its destination. The cost of any additional shipping expenses to re-send an item must be paid by the customer.
If your package arrived but was not picked up and was returned to us, then we are more than happy to send the package back to you. However, the cost of re-shipping the package must be paid and is at the buyer’s expense.
Please contact us if anything else seems to be wrong with your order. All concerns shall be taken care of and handled on a case by case basis.
We want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so we offer a Buy-Back agreement (only in Poland).
If a piece is not as you expected, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you with. Once the piece has been safely returned we will refund your payment within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the cost of shipping and PayPal fees.
At this time we are unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of Poland. Sales are final and items cannot be returned or refunded if the customer changes their mind after the purchase.
If an item has been shipped, we are not responsible for the handling of it.
However, please contact us directly after receiving your package if your products arrived damaged (please provide photos taken within 24 hours after the product’s arrival as proof). A replacement of the product with no extra cost for the buyer might be possible. Please note that only prints and merchandise can be replaced. If a limited edition print has sold out, then we cannot create more copies. Original artworks are one of a kind and cannot be returned nor replaced.
